Our Story
Harry Pabla - Director
Our mission at HSP is to help clients and project teams achieve a smooth, stress-free construction process.
Structural Engineering Director with over 15 years of experience delivering complex high end commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across the UK and Internationally. Chartered with the Institute Structural Engineers CEng MIStructE. I have a passion for designing high-quality buildings with a strong focus on creating simple, practical and buildable solutions.
Completed a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at Imperial College London in 2010, developing a strong interest in structural design. Since graduating I've worked for UK structural engineering consultancies including AKTII and delivered a number of award winning projects from concept to construction including the Francis Crick Institute, The Glebe, The White Collar Factory, The Chancery Rosewood Hotel and The All England Lawn Tennis Clubhouse Wimbledon.
In 2023, I founded HSP Structural Engineers, a practice dedicated to delivering clear and detailed structural calculations, drawings and surveys for clients across the residential and commercial sectors.

Once you have obtained planning approval or lawful developmet consent for your project we can then come on board to provide the structural engineering and building regulation drawings/details.

We will inform you about the required structural design to comply with building control. We have a 100% record of building control approval with over 100 projects completed. Structural items include steel beams, their placement, timber joists and provide guidance on the foundations for your project.

A building regulations package brings together all the technical details your contractor will need to meet every single legal requirement during construction. We have architects on our team that can provide detailed building regulations RIBA 4 drawings and clear any planning schedule of conditions.

A CCTV drainage survey is a visual survey of the drains beneath your property. Your surveyor will use a special camera to check the condition and placement of your drains. This will help to develop the drainage strategy.
